Pastor Arome Osayi warns Nigerians against publicly insulting those serving Jesus

Pastor Arome Osayi has warned Nigerians against publicly insulting people serving Jesus, declaring that such actions will not go unpunished.

The cleric made the remarks following public backlash over his comments describing Nigeria as a revival country and criticism surrounding his relocation abroad.

Speaking on the issue, Osayi said people who publicly insult him should be aware that he considers himself to be serving Jesus and believes such attacks will have consequences.

“Many people have risen up to insult me in the public places. None of those insults will go unattended because I am in the service of Jesus. None of them. None of them,” he said.

He further warned people to be careful about whom they choose to insult, insisting that publicly attacking someone in the service of Jesus would not go without punishment.

“The next time you decide who to insult, check well. If by any means that person is in the service of Jesus, it will not go unpunished. I have scripture for what I’m saying,” the pastor added.

Osayi also declared that Nigeria would experience another divine visitation, but said a period of judgment would precede it.

“The Lord is going to visit Nigeria one more time. Whenever you begin to see people d+e because the judgment will take place before the visitation,” he said.

According to the cleric, the anticipated visitation would be quiet, exclude those he described as noisemakers and empower genuine workers of the faith.

He added that the development would significantly alter the religious landscape in Nigeria, reiterating his belief that the country would experience another spiritual awakening.
