Speaking on the Morayo Afolabi show, the former Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemate disclosed that she is currently in a relationship but would rather not publicly identify the man as her partner until he puts a ring on her finger.
Tacha explained that relationships can end at any time, and she does not want to deal with public scrutiny or questions from fans if the relationship eventually comes to an end.
She said, “There’s something I like, but if there’s no ring, are you going to come and say I’m in a relationship? I would say that he’s somebody I like, but who knows? I could be on the show next week and say I’m not in a relationship, break up and come back, but for now I’m in a relationship.”
The reality star added that being in the entertainment industry can be lonely, making it important to have someone who provides companionship.
“In this industry, you need that one person because it is always lonely at the top,” she said.
Tacha also opened up about the qualities she wants in a partner, revealing that she prefers a quiet man who is talkative and outspoken around her but knows how to maintain his composure in public.
According to her, her ideal man should be hardworking, God-fearing, financially stable and able to maintain his “steeze” around others.
She added that she does not want a man who is overly concerned with his looks, joking that she would rather be the “very fine one” in the relationship while her partner provides financial stability.
