Father allegedly k+lls two young children before jumping to his de@th from parking garage in Pennsylvania

A 42-year-old father, identified as Patrick Lynch, has allegedly k+lled his two young children before jumping to his de@th from a parking garage in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The victims were identified as his 8-year-old son, James Lynch, and 6-year-old daughter, Caroline Lynch. Their bodies were discovered near the foot of the parking garage at about 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3.

According to reports, emergency responders attempted to revive the three family members but pronounced them de@d at the scene from inj¥ries sustained in an apparent fall.

The Allegheny County Police Department said preliminary findings indicated that the incident was a suspected m¥rder-s¥ic+de.

Mt. Lebanon Police Chief Jason Haberman told reporters that investigators were not treating the de@ths as an accident, adding that the tragedy would have a significant impact on the community.

The motive behind the incident remains unclear.

Following the tragedy, the Mt. Lebanon School District announced the closure of two elementary schools on Wednesday, while counselling services were provided to support students affected by the incident.
