The bout follows their controversial first meeting, which Okocha believes was unfairly decided in Portable's favour, prompting him to activate a rematch clause.
Ahead of the fight, both celebrities exchanged heated words during their final face-off and weigh-in.
"I will be going against Portable, and it is going to be chaos. I promise, kill or be killed in that fight. It is not by noise and posturing. We will see in the ring," Okocha declared.
The actor added that although he didn't need special preparation to face Portable, he still went into camp to prepare for future fights.
"I do not need to train to meet Portable, but I went to train to prepare for some fights ahead of me as well because Portable is removable," he said.
Portable, never one to shy away from drama, also intensified the rivalry by taunting Okocha.
"You that I have beaten before, I will break your bones. Fight is coming," the singer boasted, insisting he would once again emerge victorious.
According to the organisers, the rivalry has generated billions of online impressions, making it one of Nigeria's biggest celebrity boxing attractions.
The event will also feature an influencer boxing match between Mr Real and Idowest, alongside several professional boxing contests.
Promoter Dr. Ezekiel Adamu said the event is about more than entertainment, noting that Okocha trained in London alongside top fighters, including Daniel Dubois, Anthony Joshua, Lawrence Okolie, and rising heavyweight prospect Moses Itauma.
The winners of both celebrity bouts will drive home brand-new electric vehicles donated by EV Automobiles, while fans can also expect live performances from music stars including Reminisce and Ice Prince.
