Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has shared the emotional story of how he surprised his father with a mansion and a car, revealing that the moment left him in tears.
"When I bought a mansion and a car for my dad, I asked my elder brother if we should tell him. He said no because Dad would never believe he could own a house."
Osimhen explained that they simply asked their father to accompany them to an estate in Magodo, Lagos, without revealing what they had planned.
According to the football star, his father was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears after realising the house belonged to him.
"He went down on his knees and started crying because he never believed he was going to become a landlord."
Osimhen added that being able to provide his family with a home they can proudly call their own remains one of the greatest blessings of his life.
