The singer raised the alarm in a series of posts shared online, revealing that he had allegedly been approached with an offer involving the Illuminati. He also shared screenshots of a private conversation in which the individual reportedly introduced himself as an Illuminati member and attempted to persuade him to accept an offer.
In the messages, the person allegedly told Barry Jhay that he would be given “666” and urged him to accept it, while also making claims about prosperity and financial benefits.
Barry Jhay appeared to reject the proposition, warning the individual that he would not accept any deal involving the Illuminati. He also threatened to expose or confront the person if he continued with the approach.
The singer later took to social media to caution Nigerian artistes, claiming that similar individuals have been approaching entertainers with questionable offers, deals and features.
“Naija artists please be careful o. Them don dey use Illuminati propose features and deals ooo. This is the second time anybody try am with me again,” he wrote.
Barry Jhay further warned that he would not remain silent if another person attempted to approach him with such a proposition, stressing that artistes should be careful about the people they engage with professionally.
His claims have since generated reactions online, with fans and social media users discussing the alleged messages and the growing rumours surrounding secret societies and the entertainment industry.
