Businesswoman and social media personality, Diiadem, has revealed that beauty entrepreneur Dabota Lawson once sent her N5 million as a birthday gift, but later asked her to return the money.
Diiadem made the disclosure while addressing what she described as ongoing attacks and smear campaigns against her on social media.
Sharing screenshots of the transaction, she showed that ₦5 million was transferred to her account on January 12, 2026, with the sender identified as Dabota Lawson. The transaction narration described the payment as an advance.
According to Diiadem, she initially shared the alert online while celebrating the generous gesture from Lawson. However, she said she was later informed that the money was meant to be returned.
She explained that she immediately refunded the ₦5 million and shared another screenshot showing the repayment, apparently to support her account of what happened.
Diiadem wrote:
“Anyone remembered this alert I posted hyping Dabota? Well, as soon as it was posted, I was told it’s ‘girls game’ and needs to be returned. Which I did immediately. Check time and date on my next post.”
The businesswoman said she was putting the records straight amid the controversy surrounding her, adding that she had seen the online discussions and would address some of the issues depending on her mood.
She also made another claim concerning a separate allegation involving Dabota and other personalities, suggesting that there were conversations and information shared privately that later became public.
Diiadem’s revelations have since drawn attention online, with social media users reacting to her decision to publish the transaction details and refund evidence.
