Jarvis debunks pregnancy rumours after marriage to Peller

Nigerian content creator Elizabeth Amadu, popularly known as Jarvis, has dismissed rumours that she is pregnant for her newly married husband, Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller.

Speculation about the 25-year-old’s pregnancy surfaced online, with some social media users claiming that she and Peller allegedly rushed into marriage to avoid having a child outside wedlock.

The rumours were reportedly fueled by comments about Jarvis’ swollen face, which some people cited as a possible sign of pregnancy.

However, addressing the speculation during a recent livestream, Jarvis explained that the change in her facial appearance was linked to a previous jawline surgery.

“All of you who have been laughing at me because my face looks fat didn’t know I had surgery on it. That’s why it looks bigger. Don’t worry, when I am done with my white wedding, I am going to do another surgery to fix my face,” she said.

Jarvis underwent surgery in November 2024 to remove a painful tumour from her jawline.

She has now urged people to stop linking her appearance to pregnancy, insisting that the changes to her face are related to her previous medical procedure.
