A man has allegedly disappeared after collecting ₦95 million from a suspected bandits' leader with the promise of supplying firearms, sparking tension in parts of Katsina State.
According to reports, the suspect allegedly convinced the bandits' leader that he could procure and deliver a cache of weapons. After receiving the money, however, he reportedly vanished without supplying the promised guns.
