Dabota, in a series of posts shared on her Instagram story on Thursday, August 14, challenged Diiadem to publicly state what she allegedly did to her, while accusing her former friend of jealousy and ungratefulness.
The businesswoman recalled how their friendship began, claiming that she met Diiadem as a fan in her comment section several years ago before giving her access to her personal life.
She also alleged that Diiadem’s attitude towards her changed after she realised that Dabota was a successful businesswoman.
“It’s paining you that I’m a successful woman and I am everything and more that you thought coming close to me will diminish,” Dabota wrote.
Dabota further accused Diiadem of repeatedly seeking her support, including asking her to invite wealthy men to her party and requesting financial assistance.
She claimed that she spent more than N5 million spraying money at Diiadem’s birthday celebration and also provided souvenirs for the event.
Addressing the issue of money, Dabota alleged that Diiadem previously approached the same company seeking $10,000 in funding but was unsuccessful, while she later secured funding through the company and publicly celebrated the achievement.
According to her, Diiadem’s attitude towards her allegedly changed after the development, particularly after Dabota renovated and rebranded her business.
Dabota also addressed claims involving Diiadem’s relationship with Churchill, alleging that her former friend brought her personal relationship into the public space and later travelled to Abuja, where she allegedly disclosed her relationship publicly.
She further claimed that she had processed visas for Diiadem and Churchill for a trip to Bali and still had evidence of the process.
On another alleged disagreement involving blogger Sophia, Dabota said she had already confronted Diiadem directly over the matter and maintained that they had moved past it.
She also criticised Diiadem over an interview, alleging that she had initially encouraged her to do the interview to promote her brand but was later disappointed by what she saw in the published content.
Dabota further recalled supporting Diiadem during her pregnancy and claimed she had encouraged her to participate in a business campaign so she could benefit from the opportunity.
“I have consistently encouraged you, supported you and shared opportunities with you wholeheartedly,” she stated.
She then challenged Diiadem to stop making indirect allegations through other people and publicly state her grievances.
“You have created a public impression about me, so now state your real grievance publicly and specifically. Stop hiding behind stories about other people. SAY EXACTLY WHAT DABOTA LAWSON DID TO YOU.”
The latest exchange comes after Diiadem recently made allegations against Dabota online, prompting the businesswoman to respond with a series of screenshots and claims about their former friendship.
