Manchester United send two midfielders out on loan ahead of transfer deadline

Manchester United have confirmed the departure of two midfielders ahead of Tuesday’s transfer deadline.

The club announced that Jayce Fitzgerald has joined Rotherham United on loan for the remainder of the season.

In a separate announcement, the Red Devils confirmed that Dan Gore has moved to Luton Town on loan until the end of the 2026/27 season.

The two departures come shortly after Manchester United’s 5-2 Premier League victory over Ipswich Town on Sunday.

The loan moves are expected to provide both young midfielders with regular first-team playing time and further experience away from Old Trafford.
