Speaking during a recent interview, the actor admitted that he had dated numerous women before meeting Precious, describing himself at the time as a promiscuous man.
“I have dated a litany of women in my life. Or better still, I’ve dated a legion of women in my life. And my body count is multitudinous,” he said.
Nwokolo said meeting Precious brought a sense of alignment and purpose to his life, noting that her character helped him change his ways.
“My point is, before I met Precious, I used to be a very promiscuous man, but God brought her into my life to give my life a semblance of alignment, purpose,” he said.
According to the actor, Precious helped organise his life because of the way she conducted herself in their relationship.
“Most times in life, a man can be living a wayward life, but when a woman comes, not just a woman, when a good woman comes, she arranges his life. That’s what Precious did to me,” he added.
Nwokolo also recalled that when they started dating, Precious never asked him for money despite spending her own money when visiting him.
“When Precious and I started dating, I never gave Precious one naira,” he said, adding that she would drive to his house with her own money, cook with her own money and leave without expecting anything from him.
He said her approach made him realise that she was different from what he considered the typical Nigerian relationship experience, noting that she never billed him for transportation, food or other needs.
