Former professional kickboxer and internet personality Andrew Tate has been accused by British authorities of possessing disturbing s3xual material involving animals and a minor, according to newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ.
The allegations were contained in a court filing connected to the United Kingdom’s efforts to extradite Tate from the United States, where he and his brother, Tristan Tate, are currently based in Miami.
UK authorities allege that Tate possessed explicit material involving a horse and an eel, as well as other extreme pornography depicting acts that could cause serious genital injuries.
Prosecutors also accuse Tate of making and possessing numerous indecent images and videos involving a minor.
In one alleged video, authorities claim Tate was on a bed with a girl believed to be 17, who was wearing lingerie and kissing his neck while another adult woman was present. Prosecutors reportedly said messages indicated that Tate knew she was underage, including an alleged message warning that her age could lead to legal problems.
The UK case against Tate includes allegations of r@pe, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for gain and possession of extreme pornography. British authorities formally requested his extradition from the US in September.
However, Tate’s lawyer, Joseph McBride, has rejected the allegations, describing them as “prosecution slop.”
McBride claimed authorities were linking Tate to a device allegedly recovered from a “flop house” without evidence that Tate ever watched the videos on it.
He also said one of the clips was a war video shared in an MMA fighters’ group chat and claimed UK authorities no longer had the device.
McBride described the case as “as weak as it gets,” while the allegations remain matters before the court.
