Nana Akua Addo’s husband remanded for two weeks over domestic abuse case

Harold Duodu Norman, the husband of Ghanaian actress Nana Akua Addo, has been remanded in custody for two weeks as proceedings in their domestic abuse case continue.

According to GhanaWeb, the court also granted the actress custody of their children to ensure their welfare while the case progresses.

The development comes weeks after reports emerged that Nana Akua Addo had been hospitalised following an alleged assault by her husband.

As previously reported by Daily Post, the actress was hospitalised on October 6 after she was allegedly beaten into a stupor by Norman.

The case is ongoing, with the court expected to continue proceedings following the remand order.
