A Nigerian couple, Caleb Yaro Vojiki and his wife, are celebrating the arrival of their long-awaited children after spending 22 years of marriage trusting for the gift of parenthood.
Their naming ceremony and thanksgiving service were held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in Wukari, Taraba State, where family members, friends, and well-wishers gathered to celebrate the joyous occasion.
Speaking during the event, Mr. and Mrs. Vojiki recounted the difficult path they endured in their quest to have children. They revealed that they sought medical help and support in several places, including Lagos, Warri, Jos, and even the Republic of Cameroon, but despite their efforts, they were unable to conceive successfully.
According to the couple, there were moments when they felt their hope was fading after years of waiting and repeated heartbreak. However, they said they remained steadfast in faith, believing that their time would eventually come.
Their perseverance was finally rewarded when they welcomed healthy twins, describing the birth as a miracle and a testimony of God's faithfulness.
The twins were officially named Naphtali Emokene Caleb Vojiki and Emosi Caleb Vojiki during the thanksgiving and naming ceremony.
