In a post shared on his Instagram Story, Portable appeared to mock Davido while praising MC Oluomo, who recently insisted that Governor Ademola Adeleke has no authority to suspend the activities of the NURTW in Osun State.
Writing partly in Yoruba and Pidgin, Portable suggested that those criticizing MC Oluomo should remember his influence and status.
"Awon omo ope yapa... Abi you wan run comot for Naija? You go japa go Atlanta. Who dey put body? MC Oluomo no small oo. Oga anybody, Olorun ju e da lo."
Portable's comments come after Davido mocked MC Oluomo on social media over his opposition to the Osun State Government's suspension of NURTW operations across the state.
The dispute began after Governor Adeleke ordered the suspension of the union's activities in Osun, halted the collection of transport levies, and directed security agencies to arrest anyone operating in the union's name following violent clashes between rival factions.
MC Oluomo, through his deputy, rejected the governor's directive, insisting that no state governor has the constitutional power to suspend the activities of the national union.
Davido, who is Governor Adeleke's nephew, responded by mocking the NURTW president's public remarks, further fueling the exchange.
Portable's latest post has since sparked mixed reactions online, with social media users weighing in on the growing war of words involving the entertainers and the transport union leader.
