Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah has reportedly reached a verbal agreement to join Turkish giants Beşiktaş following his departure from Liverpool.
Under the proposed agreement, the former Liverpool forward would earn a guaranteed annual salary of €10 million, with performance-related bonuses that could increase his earnings to €12 million per year.
Although the move has not yet been officially completed, both parties are said to have reached a verbal understanding, with only the final formalities remaining before the deal is concluded.
Salah left Liverpool earlier this summer after a successful spell at Anfield, where he established himself as one of the Premier League's greatest forwards.
Last season, the Egyptian international made 41 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists. According to Transfermarkt, the 34-year-old currently has an estimated market value of €22 million.
