One of the posts advised people to stop over-explaining themselves to narcissists, claiming that such individuals only respect consequences and not repeated emotional explanations.
Another encouraged "unpredictable detachment," suggesting that refusing to react to a narcissist's behavior weakens their control.
The posts also advised people to stop overfunctioning in relationships, claiming narcissists keep others around mainly for free labor or financial benefits, while another warned against falling for guilt-tripping tactics.
Although Uche did not mention anyone by name or confirm that the messages were directed at her husband, the timing of the posts has sparked fresh reactions online, with many social media users linking them to the ongoing rumours surrounding her marriage.
The latest development comes shortly after the actress' close friend, Sochima, publicly criticized Bobby Maris on social media, accusing him of contributing little to the family and alleging that Uche had been carrying most of the responsibilities in their home.
