In a post shared on X, Peculiar criticised the age gap between the couple, arguing that Lola was significantly older than Peter when they started their relationship.
She wrote: “You are 9 years older than a man, you married him because you didn't see any man your age to marry you, and you're telling me you are a good person.”
Peculiar went on to highlight the age difference by comparing their ages at different stages of Peter’s life.
“When Peter was 10 years, you were 19,” she wrote.
“When he was in JSS1, you were in 300 level.”
She further claimed that Peter’s family had reasons to oppose the relationship, adding: “If the family fought against you, they were right.”
Her comments have generated reactions online, with social media users debating the couple’s age difference and the circumstances surrounding their relationship and marriage.
Peter and Lola have been married for several years and share children together, while their relationship has previously attracted public attention because of their age gap and the wider controversies surrounding the Okoye family.
