The singer spoke about her sexuality while addressing the frequent questions she receives about her sexual life.
According to Candy Bleakz, she often responds to people who ask about her love life by telling them that she is demisexual, a term generally used to describe people who experience sexual attraction only after developing a strong emotional connection with someone.
She said people usually find the revelation interesting, leaving her wondering why it generates so much curiosity.
“I’m always in a situation whereby a lot of people actually care about my sexual life, and when they ask me, ‘Yo, Candy, what’s up?’ And I’ll be like, ‘Oh yeah, I’m demisexual, bro,’” she said.
The singer said she finds the reaction to her disclosure somewhat surprising and questioned whether there was anything unusual or wrong about identifying as demisexual.
“They find it quite intriguing, and I wonder why they find it quite, I don’t know how to say it, I don’t know, but like, it’s weird,” she added.
Candy Bleakz then asked her followers to share their views on her sexuality.
“Is it a bad thing that I’m demisexual? Is it bad? Is it bad?” she asked.
