Speaking in an interview with Cool FM, Nissi said she believes she surpasses Burna Boy in singing and several other areas, while acknowledging that her brother is significantly better when it comes to rapping.
“I am better than Burna Boy at singing and almost everything. He is only better than me at rapping. We both actually agreed on the fact that I was a better singer,” she said.
Nissi began her music career in September 2016 with the release of her debut single, Pay Attention. She has since released several songs and projects and collaborated with artistes including Olamide and Fireboy DML.
Away from music, Nissi has also made a name for herself in engineering and design. She was reportedly part of the Jaguar Land Rover engineering team that designed and developed the 2023 Range Rover model.
She also designed the 2022 Havana Club X Burna packaging, which won the Most Innovative Product award at Paris Packaging Week 2023.
