Speaking in a video, Nedu highlighted the increasing cost of basic necessities, including school fees, house rent, food, transportation, fuel and healthcare.
He noted that many Nigerians receive their salaries only to watch the money disappear quickly due to the numerous financial demands they face.
According to him, the economic pressure is also pushing some people into desperate actions, with some hurting or betraying others and cutting corners in an attempt to survive.
“People are doing things they never imagined they will do, hurting people, betraying people, cutting corners, not necessarily because they were born wicked but because survival has become a daily battle in this our country,” he said.
Nedu said Nigerians are not asking for miracles but want an economy where hard work can provide a decent standard of living.
“We just want an economy where working hard can actually mean something, where a parent can provide for their children without stress and where ordinary Nigerians can wake up tomorrow with little less fear and a little more hope. At least we deserve that,” he added.
