“I control social media” — VeryDarkMan teases new evidence, warns critics to brace for impact

Controversial activist VeryDarkMan has claimed that he has new evidence concerning a particular case, warning that its release could trigger another wave of criticism, unfollows and backlash against him.

In a video, VeryDarkMan said he expected some followers to abandon him once he released the alleged evidence, but insisted that he was prepared for the consequences.

“People go unfollow me tayya. That’s number one,” he said, adding that he was ready for what he described as a brutal next phase.

He also claimed that he had significant influence over conversations on social media, using the controversy surrounding P-Square as an example.

“I control social media, and I’ll tell you why. I told you something in my video before about this Mr. P thing. I said, ‘Once I stop to talk about, I don die automatically.’ And that’s what has happened,” he claimed.

According to him, discussions surrounding the P-Square controversy became quieter after he stopped commenting on the matter, although he noted that the issue resurfaced when social media platforms and blogs continued discussing it.

VeryDarkMan also claimed that attempts to trigger a mass unfollowing campaign against him had not produced the expected result, saying he still had about 3.2 million followers.

“I thought by now I would have lost like 2.5 million followers. You people, man, you people are so not strong the way you think you are. You don’t have the power you think you have,” he said.

He further alleged that some of the backlash against him had been building before the P-Square controversy and was merely attached to the matter.

However, he insisted that he had kept the alleged new evidence for some time and believed the moment had come to reveal it.

“The new evidence, where it be, it don’t dey my arm now for a long time. I’ve been keeping it. So now, everybody fix. Time don reach. I’ll make them cry more,” he declared.

VeryDarkMan repeatedly urged his supporters and critics to “brace for impact,” warning that the next phase of the controversy would be intense.

He also dismissed calls for his followers to show him more support, saying he did not need their love and would rather be feared than loved.

The activist did not disclose the specific nature of the alleged new evidence or identify all the individuals he claimed would be affected by its release.
