Maduagwu made the claim in an Instagram video while accusing Whitemoney of gossiping about him. He also alleged that Whitemoney’s sister had confirmed the claim, and questioned why the reality star allegedly avoids visiting his village.
Reacting to the allegations, Whitemoney dismissed Maduagwu’s remarks as defamatory and threatened to take legal action against him.
“I knew you when I was in Surulere hustling and doing many things but I never knew you were this stupid. You’re the only Nollywood actor that has never acted in a movie,” Whitemoney said.
He continued, “Don’t worry, I know say you dey enjoy beating but this time around, just pray that I don’t see you. Pray that I don’t see you with my eyes. Bro, if me and you cross paths, you go understand but before then, you’re gonna hear from my lawyer for this defamatory speech you just made in the name of chasing clout.”
Maduagwu had earlier asked Whitemoney to explain why he allegedly avoids going to his hometown, while questioning why he was “hiding” his Igbo identity.
The exchange has sparked reactions on social media, with both men trading strong words over the allegation.
