Diddy loses 41 days of good-time credit over prison disciplinary violations

Diddy loses 41 days of good-time credit over prison disciplinary violations

American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly lost 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges following disciplinary violations while serving his prison sentence.

According to TMZ, Jose Rojas, a secretary of a Bureau of Prisons employee union, said he had obtained Combs’ disciplinary history, which reportedly included fighting incidents and phone-related violations.

Rojas told the outlet that Combs was written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, with another major violation recorded on October 1. The records also listed minor phone violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025.

Good-time credit can reduce an inmate’s time in custody, while commissary privileges allow prisoners to purchase additional food and other permitted items.

Rojas said the disciplinary record could result in Combs being classified as a “disruptive” inmate and considered for transfer to another correctional facility. However, no transfer had reportedly taken place.

The development follows an earlier TMZ report that Combs’ projected release date had shifted from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028.

The latest disciplinary details also come after NBC reported allegations that Combs had received preferential treatment behind bars, including access to a contraband cellphone, alcohol, massages and elaborate meals.

According to TMZ, Combs was subsequently returned to solitary confinement while officials investigated the allegations.

Singer Aubrey O’Day also discussed reports of the alleged preferential treatment during an appearance on TMZ Live last week.

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted of two prostitution-related offences in 2025. He was acquitted of the more serious s3x trafficking and racketeering charges.
