‘Tinubu, pay me more money’ – Portable demands extra payment after Lagos APC rally

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has appealed to President Bola Tinubu and his son, Seyi Tinubu, for additional payment following his participation in an All Progressives Congress (APC) rally in Lagos.

The rally, held on Tuesday at Onikan Stadium, attracted politicians, entertainers and other supporters of the ruling party.

In a video circulating on social media, Portable was seen demanding to meet Tinubu and his son while complaining about the physical stress he experienced during the event.

The singer, who appeared to be sweating and exhausted, said he had exerted himself while campaigning and entertaining supporters at the rally.

Portable was among the entertainers and personalities present at the event, where he was seen moving around the venue and engaging with the crowd. Reports also claimed that he fainted due to exhaustion.

“I want to see Tinubu and Seyi Tinubu; they have almost squeezed me to death. I have fainted. Did we not collect money? Tinubu, pay me more money,” he said.

The singer’s remarks have since drawn attention on social media, with the video showing him requesting additional payment after the rally.
