Rudeboy reacts to claim that only 5% of Nigerians have over ₦500,000 in their bank account

Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has reacted to a claim that only five per cent of Nigerians have more than ₦500,000 in their bank accounts.

The P-Square star expressed surprise at the reported figure while addressing people whose relationship goals include marrying millionaires and billionaires.

In a post shared on his Instagram story on Thursday, the singer urged people to research the statistics, admitting that the figure also shocked him.

He wrote, “Google is your friend. Only 5% of Nigerians have above 500k in their accounts. Just in case your target is ‘I must marry a millionaire or billionaire.’ The thing shock me sef. Azin how???”
